Yoon & Yang Opens Gangbuk Office in Gwanghwamun, a "Dual Hub Connecting Gangnam and Gangbuk" [Law Firm News]

[Financial News] Yoon & Yang LLC has opened its "Gangbuk Office" in Gwanghwamun, the center of downtown Seoul's central business district (CBD). The firm plans to fully expand its on-site, client-centered legal services by moving first to where its clients are, rather than waiting for them to come to the firm.
Yoon & Yang announced on the 1st that it had opened the Gangbuk Office at Seoul Finance Center (SFC) on Sejong-daero in Jung District, Seoul, and began official operations. This is the first time the firm, which has been based at ASEM Tower on Yeongdong-daero in Gangnam-gu, Seoul for more than 20 years, has added a domestic office outside its overseas network. With this move, Yoon & Yang has established a "dual hub" system linking Gangnam and Gangbuk for the first time since its founding.
The Gwanghwamun, Seoul City Hall area, Jongno and Euljiro districts are home to the headquarters of major companies, financial institutions, government ministries and regulatory agencies.
By establishing a permanent base in the area, the firm said it can send lawyers directly to the scene whenever clients need them. It also said the move significantly reduces the time burden for clients in Gangbuk who previously had to travel to Gangnam even for a single meeting.
At the core of the plan is a "Cross-Office" system that connects ASEM Tower and SFC in real time. Through state-of-the-art video conferencing systems installed at both offices, specialists in each field can join meetings immediately, regardless of which office the client visits.
The service lineup has also been tailored to the characteristics of the CBD. The firm has built a rapid-response system in fair trade and labor matters, where demand for investigations by related agencies is high, and has strengthened support for foreign companies concentrated in the CBD. In addition, leveraging its location near key institutions such as Government Complex Seoul and major media outlets, the firm plans to provide more robust customized advisory services in legislative and public relations response, as well as regulatory risk management.
