Dongin Law Group Signs MOU with the Seoul Federation of Small and Medium Enterprise Convergence Associations, Providing Legal Support for Member Companies [Law Firm News]

[Financial News] Dongin Law Group, led by Managing Partner Won Chang-yeon, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Seoul Federation of Small and Medium Enterprise Convergence Associations, headed by Chairman Lim Jae-hwan, to jointly respond to legal issues facing small and medium-sized businesses.
According to Dongin on the 1st, the agreement was designed to strengthen cooperation between the two organizations in areas of shared interest and build an organic partnership through strategic collaboration.
Under the agreement, Dongin will provide legal services so it can respond from the early stages when legal issues arise at the Seoul Federation and its member companies. It will also offer legal advice needed for the federation's various rules and operations.
The two organizations also agreed to share materials and information needed to carry out the agreement, cooperate with each other in their work, and continue identifying additional areas for collaboration.
A Dongin official said, "Through this agreement, we have established a cooperative foundation that will allow small and medium-sized businesses to receive professional legal support from the early stages of legal issues." The official added, "We will actively support member companies so they can respond quickly to the various legal issues they face during business operations and receive practical help."
The agreement will remain in effect for three years from August 31 last month and will be automatically renewed on a yearly basis unless either side gives separate notice of termination.
