YoungLimWon Soft Lab and Shinhan Bank to Lower ERP Fees for Public Interest Corporations, Offering Up to 600,000 Won in Support for Six Months

[Financial News] Enterprise solutions specialist YoungLimWon Soft Lab announced on the 1st that it will cut the monthly fee for its 'SystemEver Nonprofit' service by 100,000 won per month for six months for new customers, in partnership with Shinhan Bank, to support the digital transformation and accounting efficiency of public interest corporations. The total discount benefit is up to 600,000 won.
This promotion is open to public interest corporations that meet all three conditions: new subscription to YoungLimWon Soft Lab's cloud ERP for nonprofit organizations, 'SystemEver Nonprofit'; opening a new dedicated account for public interest corporations at Shinhan Bank or converting an existing account; and new enrollment in Shinhan Bank's 'Bank In' platform. Eligible organizations will receive an ERP fee discount of 100,000 won per month for six months, up to a total of 600,000 won, on a first-come, first-served basis. With the promotion applied, 'SystemEver Nonprofit' can be used for 180,000 won per month, down from the maximum monthly fee of 280,000 won.
'SystemEver Nonprofit' is a cloud ERP designed to reflect public interest accounting standards and the operational characteristics of nonprofit institutions. It is built to integrate and manage key accounting and tax tasks for public interest corporations, including accounting processing and donation and dedicated account management.
It automatically generates accounting vouchers during the revenue and expenditure approval process, reducing repetitive data entry and enabling systematic management of the data needed to prepare balance sheets and statements of operations. It also supports accrual-based accounting for depreciation, liquidity replacement, accrued income, advance income, accrued expenses and prepaid expenses. In addition, it can generate double-entry financial statements under public interest accounting standards, tax settlement disclosure reports from NTS, and forms related to reports on contributed assets. Users can also link dedicated accounts and donation income and usage records with accounting data, while managing donated goods, inventory in and out, and remaining stock.
'Shinhan Bank's Bank In platform' is a service that allows corporate customers to handle financial tasks directly in ERP without accessing a separate cash management system or corporate banking service. In SystemEver Nonprofit, users can perform major financial tasks such as account inquiries, fund transfers and payroll transfers, and there are no integration fees, membership fees or monthly usage charges.
Shinhan Bank will also fully waive transfer fees for internet banking, mobile banking and phone banking, as well as cash withdrawal fees at Shinhan Bank CD/ATM machines, for public interest corporations that open a checking account and meet certain conditions.
