Customers can rent approximately 20 types of supercars, including Porsche, Lamborghini, McLaren, and Ferrari, for one, three, or seven days, with rates starting in the 400,000 won range per day. For customers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions, private delivery is also supported, allowing them to pick up and return the car at their desired location. Customers wishing to make an actual purchase are provided with a dedicated concierge consultation. Professional consultants identify the desired brand, model, budget, and purpose of use, propose suitable vehicles and conditions, and support the entire process from checking inventory and negotiating terms to signing the contract.
The digital experience has also been enhanced. Following the launch of the Grandeur 3D Virtual Showroom last month, Chabot has now opened a new 3D Virtual Showroom for Supercars. By allowing users to view vehicles in 3D on the Chabot platform and begin exploring and consulting on vehicles of interest without visiting a physical showroom, the platform reduces the physical and psychological burden often associated with visiting high-end dealerships.
Through this, Chabot plans to complete the "Search-Experience-Purchase" customer journey for Supercars, extending from online exploration to actual experience and the comparison of purchase conditions via a concierge. Subscription reservations can be made on "CELECT:X," a premium curation channel based on Naver Smart Store. By selecting a desired Supercar and usage period and requesting a consultation, users can receive guidance on the vehicle, schedule, and usage conditions through a one-on-one consultation with a professional consultant.
To celebrate the launch, short-term subscribers will also receive a reward benefit that returns 5% of their payment amount as Chabot points. Kang Byung-hee, Vice President of Chabot Mobility, said, "When choosing a supercar, a major barrier just as significant as the high price is the difficulty in obtaining sufficient information and experience. " He added, "We wanted to reduce the burden of having to make a decision on a vehicle worth hundreds of millions of won based on only a short test drive, and to create a new standard that allows customers to make a choice with confidence after experiencing it fully.
