Nexen Tire Launches Affiliate Card That Saves Up to 27,000 Won a Month on Rental Fees

[Financial News] Nexen Tire Corporation has launched a dedicated credit card for users of its tire rental service, Next Level.
According to Nexen Tire Corporation on the 1st, the 'Nexen Tire Hyundai Card,' created in partnership with Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., is designed to significantly reduce the cost burden of renting premium tires.
The discount structure is divided into three tiers based on the previous month's card spending. Customers who spend at least 400,000 won receive a 8,000 won discount, those who spend 800,000 won or more get 12,000 won off, and those who spend more than 1.2 million won can receive up to 16,000 won in rental fee discounts. The annual fee is 20,000 won.
The benefits become even greater when a launch promotion is added. Customers who have not used a Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. card in the past six months and sign up for automatic payment of rental fees with this card can receive an additional monthly discount of up to 15,000 won for as long as three years, or 36 months, depending on their spending tier. Combined with the basic discount, the total monthly benefit can reach up to 27,000 won.
For example, if a customer who meets the 400,000 won spending requirement rents four Nexen N'Fera Supreme tires, the company said the monthly out-of-pocket cost can effectively be reduced to zero. However, this additional discount applies only to customers who apply through the Automated Response System (ARS), a customer service center, or the dedicated card application website.
The launch of the card comes amid steady growth in Next Level. Launched in 2015 as South Korea's first tire rental service, Next Level has seen its number of new customers in 2025 more than double from 2020. Cumulative sales also more than doubled again after surpassing 1 million units in 2021.
The service is broadly divided into two options. 'Alttul Care' includes installation, inspection, and one tire rotation, while 'Ansim Care' adds one alignment service and free coverage for early wear. Both products provide free replacement even if a tire is damaged due to user negligence during the contract period, and they can be used at more than 800 partner stores nationwide.
A Nexen Tire Corporation official said, "It is meaningful that we have offered a concrete way to use premium tires more affordably," adding, "We will continue to identify a variety of partnership benefits to further improve customer satisfaction."
