Dentium Holds Clinical Exchange With 200 Local Medical Professionals to Target Vietnam's Dental Market

[Financial News] Dentium is stepping up its push into Vietnam's dental medical device market. The company is expanding clinical exchanges at local academic conferences while building partnerships with major medical institutions to strengthen its market base.
Global dental medical device company Dentium said on the 1st that it held the '2026 Dentium Ho Chi Minh Forum' as a standalone event at the international dental conference 'VIDEC 2026,' which took place on Aug. 27 at the Reunification Palace in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. About 200 local dentists attended the event.
VIDEC is an international dental conference organized by the Vietnam Dental Association. This year's event was held from Aug. 27 to 29 under the theme 'Intelligent and Sustainable Dentistry.' An exhibition featuring more than 100 companies was also held alongside the conference.
At the forum, Dentium focused on guided bone regeneration, digital diagnostics and full-arch implant treatment. The company aimed to share real-world treatment cases and clinical methods with local medical professionals.
Dentium Dental Director Jung Sung-min introduced digital treatment cases that combined the dental CT system 'Bright CT' with facial and oral scan data to analyze the temporomandibular joint, airway and dental occlusion. Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, a professor at Van Lang University, explained the principles and surgical methods of guided bone regeneration. Nguyen Ngoc Hai, director of Sydney Dental Clinic, shared key surgical techniques and considerations for full-arch implant treatment.
The company also deepened cooperation with local medical institutions. Before the forum, Dentium signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Dental Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City and donated a 'Bright CT' system to support treatment, education and research. The two sides plan to jointly pursue academic seminars and specialized training programs. They also plan to co-host the 'Dentium World Symposium 2026' in Da Nang this December.
At the exhibition booth, Dentium showcased its 'Bright Implant,' 'Bright CT' and collagen-based regenerative materials. Rather than listing product features, the company presented solutions centered on real treatment settings such as implant procedures, digital dentistry, bone grafting and sinus procedures.
A Dentium official said, "We shared clinical experience with Vietnamese dental professionals and established a foundation for academic cooperation with major medical institutions." The official added, "We will continue to expand academic exchanges with local medical professionals and strengthen our business base in the Vietnamese market."
