Xiaomi Technology Korea LLC unveils smartwatches and bands tailored to different lifestyles

[Financial News] Xiaomi Technology Korea LLC is bringing smartwatches, bands and Bluetooth speakers to the domestic market, offering products that consumers can choose according to their lifestyles.
Xiaomi Technology Korea LLC said on the 31st that it will launch the Redmi Watch 6 Lite and Redmi Watch 6 Active smartwatches, the Xiaomi Smart Band 11 Active, and the Xiaomi Sound Play Bluetooth speaker.
The Redmi Watch 6 Lite is a smartwatch that can track outdoor workouts without a smartphone. It can record data for running and walking, and supports more than 150 sports modes. It also offers swimming data tracking and a 5ATM water-resistance rating. The company said it can be used in a wide range of settings, from outdoor exercise to swimming.

The Redmi Watch 6 Active is designed to focus on everyday smart features. It comes with a 46.9mm AMOLED display and supports always-on display (AOD), with brightness of up to 1,200 nits for easier viewing outdoors.
It also supports Bluetooth voice calling. Users can answer or reject calls directly from the watch without taking out their smartphone, and the device can record daily activity and workout data through more than 140 sports modes.


The Xiaomi Smart Band 11 Active emphasizes a lightweight fit. Weighing about 18 grams without the strap, it can be worn comfortably not only during exercise but also while sleeping. It features a 37.3mm TFT color display with a 60Hz refresh rate and offers more than 100 watch faces.
It also includes health management features. The band can monitor heart rate and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) throughout the day, and track sleep duration and quality as well as changes in stress levels by time of day.
The Xiaomi Sound Play is a Bluetooth speaker with 18W output. It features 3D ambient lighting on the top and music-reactive lighting on the bottom. The lower light can be set to three modes, making it suitable as a mood light indoors or as lighting for camping and picnics outdoors.
Xiaomi Technology Korea LLC said, "As consumer needs for wearable devices become more diverse, we plan to continue expanding our lineup of cost-effective wearables that can be chosen to match each person's lifestyle and needs." It added, "We will continue to present domestic consumers with a variety of options that combine reasonable prices and practical features."
