[Financial News] Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. began subscription sales on the 31st for 'Geomam Station Prugio Pravenue,' which it is supplying in the Geomam Station area public housing district in Seo District, Incheon.
The complex will consist of three buildings, ranging from two basement levels to 25 stories above ground, with a total of 441 units and exclusive areas of 60 to 84 square meters. The subscription schedule starts with special allocation applications on the 31st, followed by first-priority applications on September 1 and second-priority applications on September 2. Winners will be announced on September 8, and the official contract period will run for three days from November 2 to 4. Resale is restricted for three years from the announcement date, and no mandatory occupancy period will apply.
As a private-sector participation public housing project, about 75% of the total units are allocated to special supply. In addition to newborn special supply, which has a higher share than in private sales at 20%, the project offers various categories such as first-time homebuyers and newlyweds, and dual applications by married couples are allowed. To qualify for first-priority applications, applicants must be household members without a home who reside in the Capital Region, including Incheon, Seoul, and Gyeonggi Province, as of the date of the recruitment notice, and must have held a subscription account for at least 12 months with 12 or more payments.
The Geomam Station area public housing district where the complex is being built is a self-sufficient city development project designed to accommodate a planned population of 16,200. It is within walking distance of Geomam Station, an interchange station on the Airport Railroad and Incheon Metro Line 2, offering a double-station location. Seoul Station, Digital Media City and other major business districts can be reached in about 30 minutes. The area also has broad transportation access, including Cheongna IC and the planned Geomam Station Integrated Transfer Center.
The neighborhood also offers abundant living infrastructure. Green spaces such as the Gyeongin Ara Waterway riverside park and Dream Park Wildflower Garden are nearby, and residents can enjoy the amenities of both Cheongna and Geomdan. The complex is designed with south-facing units and a four-bay layout for all homes, except for some units, along with specialized features such as pantries and dressing rooms. It will also include a variety of community facilities, including a fitness center and a greenery studio.
The model home is located in Gyeongseo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon.
