Bizplay unveils AI travel management solution at AI Government Innovation Conference

In particular, the company drew strong interest from business representatives by showing how major domestic conglomerates and public institutions can handle the entire process, from travel planning and booking to settlement, in one stop, and how companies that have adopted the solution are seeing not only qualitative benefits but also quantitative results.
Bizplay's travel management solution, "bzp Travel Management," uses AI to recommend the best transportation option based on a traveler's schedule and purpose, and automatically suggests the lowest-priced flight when booking air tickets. During the settlement process, AI detects and blocks personal use or fraudulent claims in real time, preventing unnecessary spending and cutting related costs by up to about 40% even in audit work. Recently, adoption of the "bzp Travel Management" solution has been expanding in the public sector as well, following corporate clients such as Hyundai Motor Company, POSCO DX, and SeAH Changwon Special Steel, as well as the Ministry of Personnel Management's establishment of the "Smart Travel Booking and Settlement for Civil Servants" system.
