Kyobo Life Insurance refreshes its autumn Gwanghwamun Billboard, sending a message of hope for the future

[Financial News] Kyobo Life Insurance is unveiling a new message for its Gwanghwamun Billboard to mark the arrival of autumn. This edition carries the idea that places not yet visited and goals not yet achieved can become new possibilities.
Kyobo Life Insurance said on the 31st that it had selected and featured an excerpt from poet Lee Mun-jae's "Shangri-La" for the autumn edition of the Gwanghwamun Billboard.
The new message begins with, "All the places I have not gone are the future," and continues with lines such as, "The person I did not meet that day" and "The pages of that book I have not read." It conveys the meaning of looking ahead to possibilities rather than dwelling on choices already made.
Lee Mun-jae began his literary career in 1982 through the literary coterie magazine "Siundong." He has published poetry collections including "When I Take Off My Wet Shoes and Show Them to the Sun," "Walking Poems," and "The Backwoods of the Mind," and has received the Kim Dal-jin Literary Award, the Sowol Poetry Award, and the Nojak Literary Award.
Kyobo Life Insurance explained that this edition delivers a message of encouragement to keep pursuing dreams that have not yet been realized and to try again without giving up.
The design uses the grand prize-winning work from the "2026 Gwanghwamun Billboard College Student Design Contest." The contest, held in July, received 816 entries, and after expert review, seven works were selected as winners.
This autumn edition of the Gwanghwamun Billboard will be displayed for about three months until the end of November at the Kyobo Life Building in Gwanghwamun, Gangnam Kyobo Tower, and the Jeju office building. Related content is also available on the Kyobo Life Insurance Newsroom.
Meanwhile, the Gwanghwamun Billboard has delivered seasonal messages of hope and comfort to the public for 36 years since it began in 1991.
