KOLON BENIT Presents HR Innovation Strategy with 'SAP SuccessFactors Prepackage'

Under the theme 'The Future of Work Is Now,' the event featured SAP strategy sessions, customer success case presentations, and partner solution showcases. More than 250 people, including corporate HR leaders and staff, attended, and the conference covered SAP SuccessFactors strategy, AI-based HR innovation cases, and partner solutions in depth.
KOLON BENIT operated a booth at the venue to introduce SAP SuccessFactors solutions and meet with customers. In the afternoon session, Choi Haneul, a senior manager at KOLON BENIT, took the stage and gave a presentation on 'SAP SuccessFactors Prepackage: HR Innovation That Starts Fast.'
The 'prepackage' introduced by KOLON BENIT in this session is an implementation model that standardizes SAP SuccessFactors around core modules such as Core HR and performance and evaluation. Unlike the traditional full-scale system rollout favored by large corporations, it minimizes lengthy requirements analysis and design processes. The model templates proven implementation and operations experience into a standard package, cutting the adoption period to about three months and allowing additional functions to be expanded step by step after deployment.
As an official SAP SuccessFactors partner, KOLON BENIT has supported Korean companies in their shift to cloud-based HR systems. By participating in this event, the company aims to highlight its expertise as an SAP domestic gold partner, broaden contact with companies considering HR system adoption, and expand related business opportunities.
