According to DL Construction on the 31st, Ha, born in 1974, joined Daelim Industrial in 2003 as a field safety manager. He later served as a team leader at DL E&C and as CSO at DL Construction, and he holds a Professional Engineer in Construction Safety license.
Over the past 20 years, he has worked at six sites, including Saemangeum, the Dodam–Yeongcheon railway line and the Sejong–Anseong Expressway. At headquarters, he led safety-related units such as the Safety Education Operations Team, the Technical Safety Team and the Safety and Health Team.
After being named CSO of DL Construction in 2025, he was in charge of building companywide safety management systems and related tasks. He analyzed risk factors at each stage of business, including design, construction, quality and contracts, and reorganized safety standards and work procedures.
He also led efforts to build a database of about 22,000 construction accident cases and risk factors and preventive measures for 940 types of work. Based on this, the company established a Safety Action Manual system that allows workers and managers to check accident cases, risk factors and preventive measures on site through mobile devices.
DL Construction said it also integrated its fragmented safety management systems, upgraded risk assessments and reset safety cost standards for major construction processes.
In this reshuffle, four new executives were also appointed. Two were born in the late 1970s and two in the early 1980s, and all are internal employees of DL Construction.
DL Construction plans to strengthen its field-centered management approach and safety management system, while promoting organizational change by placing internal talent in their 40s in executive positions.
