[Financial News] The 20th class of Hana Financial Group's Smart Ambassadors, made up of 50 college students, has completed its activities.
According to Hana Financial Group on the 30th, the Smart Ambassadors program is the first college student ambassador program run by a domestic financial group. With this year's 20th class, the program has produced a total of 1,110 graduates. This year, 1,642 applicants competed for 50 spots, a ratio of about 33 to 1.
Over the past two months, the 20th class of Smart Ambassadors served as communication partners connecting the younger generation with Hana Financial Group. They took part in brand marketing, social contribution activities, and on-site experience programs. They also ran a promotional booth at a Daejeon Hana Citizen home game, joined social contribution activities for vulnerable groups, toured the Cheongna group headquarters, and produced a win-win guidebook for local residents.
They also took part in volunteer work for the Hana Happy Class project in Indonesia. They helped improve the educational environment at a school near East Jakarta by upgrading its library, information technology and sports facilities. They also carried out art, music and craft education, along with K-pop cultural exchange activities. At the farewell ceremony, an Idea League awards event was also held, where participants proposed future financial businesses and marketing strategies from the perspective of Generation Z. The grand prize team received 3 million won, the top prize team 2 million won, and the excellence prize team 1 million won.
Lee Eun-hyung, vice chairman of Hana Financial Group, said, "We will continue to expand growth support programs tailored to young people so that they can take on challenges and fully demonstrate their capabilities."
