Olive International operates beauty brands such as Milk Touch, Ingredient Editor, and Mommy Care, and is expanding its overseas business through six subsidiaries in the U. S. , Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the U.
K. , and China. Accordingly, the company is staking its future on securing talent capable of leading this global expansion. In fact, Olive International is recruiting for positions including regional marketing, overseas B2B sales to manage entry into major retailers and shelf expansion, e-commerce channel operations on platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Qoo10, and global merchandising managers.
The company is hiring both full-time employees and interns simultaneously. In particular, the company plans to prioritize securing personnel for North American e-commerce and B2B sales, which are expanding at the fastest pace. An official from Olive International stated, "We will discover talent with an understanding of the global market and the ability to execute quickly, rather than focusing on standardized qualifications," adding, "Even in our intern recruitment, we plan to provide an environment where interns can gain practical experience by participating in actual global projects, rather than being limited to simple support tasks.
" The background behind Olive International's move to secure global talent lies in the rapidly expanding distribution networks and sales volumes across the globe. In fact, Ingredient Editor is simultaneously expanding both online and offline in North America. 4 million units on Amazon in the U.

Offline, the brand has entered 6,100 stores, including Target and Ulta. The company plans to expand its presence to 8,700 stores by the end of the year, including Costco and Walmart. Ingredient Editor is also gaining attention in the European market.
It has currently entered approximately 980 stores across 15 European countries. The number of stores is expected to increase to around 2,500 by the end of the year. To date, Ingredient Editor has expanded into over 40 countries, including North America and Europe.
Milk Touch is gaining popularity in the Japanese market. Since the beginning of this year, it has secured an additional 10,000 stores in convenience store channels, expanding its offline presence across Japan to approximately 15,000. Milk Touch's 'Silver Veil Lip Tattoo' even ranked first simultaneously on Japan's Qoo10 in real-time rankings, cumulative sales volume, and cumulative sales revenue.
In the United States, it has confirmed entry into over 600 Target stores. In France, it has entered the pharmacy channel. Mamicare continues its success, primarily in the domestic market.
