On the 28th, Kian84 stated via social media, "I hear that Rai and Tamang are safe," adding, "I pray for the repose of the souls of all those who lost their lives.
" Recently, record-breaking torrential rains have fallen in the Nepal and Tibet regions, causing massive floods and landslides. It is reported that the death toll is approaching 500, and the number of missing persons has reached approximately 1,500. Rescue operations are proceeding slowly as roads and bridges have been severed, and the possibility of further flooding has been raised.
As news of the disaster spread, the number of fans asking about the well-being of Rai and Tamang, whom Kian84 met on a broadcast in the past, has increased. Comments such as "Are the two okay?", "I'm curious about their news," and "I hope they are safe" poured in on a past photo Kian84 posted with the two.
The area where Rai and Tamang live is known to be far from the main affected areas. However, as concerns mounted over the news of the large-scale disaster, Kian84 personally shared the news that the two were safe.
Rai and Tamang are local young men whom Kian84 met while traveling in Nepal for the MBC variety show *World Tour 4* (hereinafter *World Tour 4*).
The two became close while working together as Sherpas with Kian84. In particular, Kian84 took Tamang out to eat, gifted him shoes, and supported his dreams by giving him Korean language textbooks. The scene where they parted ways in tears also garnered attention at the time of the broadcast.
Since then, Rai and Tamang have maintained their connection with Kian84 even after the show ended, including visiting Korea through MBC Every1's *Welcome, First Time in Korea*.
