Lotte Tour Development said on the 28th that it has introduced a "Korean Platter Set" at Skyview Pocha, located inside the Grand Hyatt Jeju at the Jeju Dream Tower Integrated Resort, featuring popular Korean dishes served as a full table setting.
The new menu consists of six popular dishes, including fried chicken, boiled pork belly, tofu kimchi, jokbal, bulgogi and tteokbokki, plus one meal option chosen from abalone rice with innards, abalone porridge, yukgaejang and dried pollack hangover soup.
Lotte Tour Development explained that it has upgraded the menu so international guests, who account for about 70% of stays at Grand Hyatt Jeju, can experience Korean food and culture inside the hotel.
Skyview Pocha is located on the 38th floor, the highest in Jeju, and offers views of downtown Jeju City, the sea and the runway at Jeju International Peace Center. Its appeal lies in the changing scenery of Jeju, which can be enjoyed from sunset into the late night.
Equipped with a table-ordering system that supports multiple languages, including English, Japanese and Chinese, Skyview Pocha operates from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. the next day from Sunday to Thursday, and until 2 a.m. the next day on Fridays and Saturdays.
