Hana Bank Receives Minister of Education Commendation for Promoting Financial Literacy Education

[Financial News] Hana Bank received a commendation from the Minister of Education on the 27th at the Literacy Education Merit Awards ceremony held at Cheongju OSCO in North Chungcheong Province, in recognition of its contribution to promoting financial literacy education.
Since 2023, Hana Bank has worked with the Ministry of Education and the National Institute for Lifelong Education to develop the Digital Financial Literacy Textbook and the educational app "Hana 1Q Guide," helping learners easily study financial terms, banking services, and digital financial services at their own level.
A Hana Bank official said, "This is the result of branch offices and educational institutions working together to support the financial lives of literacy learners," adding, "We will continue to expand field-based education to improve access to financial services."
Meanwhile, Hana Bank will take part in the first Korea Literacy Education Policy Exhibition, which runs on the 27th and 28th, to showcase its achievements in financial literacy education. At the venue, it will offer hands-on fraud prevention activities and ATM practice programs using its mobile branch, "Moving Hana Bank."
