The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) said it held a meeting on the 19th, chaired by Industry Minister Ahn Duk-geun, with the heads of major petrochemical companies to discuss ways to strengthen the industry’s competitiveness amid a global supply glut.
