Man Disguised in a Short Wig and Women's Clothing Walked Around Girls' High School for 40 Minutes... CCTV Captures School Intrusion

[Financial News] A man believed to have been disguised as a woman unlawfully entered a girls' high school in Wonju, Gangwon State, and wandered around the campus. Police launched an investigation after the incident came to light later.
According to Yonhap News Agency on the 28th, a 112 Police Emergency Number report was filed on the 26th saying, "A man dressed as a woman came into the school" at a girls' high school in Wonju.
Police who responded to the report checked the CCTV footage. It showed a suspicious-looking person entering the campus through the school gate at around 4:51 p.m. on the 25th, the previous day.
The person, wearing a short wig and face makeup, was found to have roamed around the school for more than 40 minutes after entering the campus.
At the time, he reportedly mentioned his identity to students on campus, saying that he was a graduate of A Middle School in Bangok-dong, Wonju.
The girls' high school informed students and parents about the sequence of events and the school's response measures through internal broadcasts and notices sent home.
Investigators later confirmed signs of a similar intrusion at A Middle School as well.
Police are tracking the whereabouts of the suspect, whose identity has been confirmed, and plan to investigate charges including trespassing once he is taken into custody.
They also plan to determine whether the person who entered the two schools was the same individual.
