Daewoo Engineering & Construction announced on the 28th that Nonsan Prugio The First, built in Ansim-ri, Yeonmu-eup, Nonsan-si, South Chungcheong Province, completed construction on the 18th and will begin full-scale move-ins on the 31st. The designated move-in period will run for about two months from the 31st.
The complex consists of six buildings, ranging from two basement levels to 29 stories above ground, with a total of 433 units and exclusive areas of 84 to 103 square meters. At 29 stories, the tallest in Nonsan-si, it has established itself as a skyline landmark for the area.
During the pre-move-in inspection, prospective residents praised the high-quality construction, including the landscaping, interior finishes and community facilities. The project had already sold out all apartment units, and the retail units in the complex also sold out early, underscoring its strong brand premium and product appeal.
The complex was designed with a south-facing layout for all units and an innovative four-bay-or-larger floor plan to maximize sunlight and ventilation. It also expands storage space with large walk-in closets, an alpha room and pantries. Inside the complex, Prugio's signature landscaping concept, Greenery Studio, will be installed along with a rock garden and a water-play playground. A fitness club, golf club and reading room are among the many community facilities planned. With Nonsan station and Yeonmu IC nearby, transportation access is strong, and the area also stands to benefit from major development projects such as the nearby Nonsan National Defense Industrial Complex.
A sales official said, "We will do our utmost to support residents through the designated move-in period starting on the 31st so they can move in with peace of mind and without inconvenience."
