Park Bo-young Wins Gold for 'I Am Boxer' and 'Our Unwritten Seoul' as CJ ENM Takes Six Awards at ContentAsia

[Financial News] CJ ENM has proven its global content production capabilities by winning at the ContentAsia Awards, a leading content ceremony in the Asia-Pacific region, for the second consecutive year. This year, it swept a total of six awards with titles including 'I Am Boxer' and 'Our Unwritten Seoul.'
According to CJ ENM on the 28th, six productions, including 'I Am Boxer,' 'Our Unwritten Seoul,' 'Dear X,' 'World of Street Woman Fighter,' 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty,' and 'Spring Fever,' were honored at the ceremony held on the 27th in Bangkok, Thailand.
The awards, hosted by the Singapore-based media outlet ContentAsia, recognize outstanding content and creators across the Asia-Pacific region.
'I Am Boxer' won gold in the Best Original Reality Program category for Asian production. It was recognized for its distinctive boxing-based format and for capturing the challenges and growth of its participants.
Park Bo-young, who appeared in Studio Dragon's 'Our Unwritten Seoul,' won gold in the Best Actress in a TV Program or Series category for Asian production. She was praised for her nuanced performance in portraying the character.
Kim Yoo-jung, who starred in TVING original series 'Dear X' produced by Studio Dragon, won silver in the same category. She was recognized for vividly portraying a complex character.
Mnet's 'World of Street Woman Fighter' won bronze in the Best Variety Program for Asian production category, while Studio Dragon's 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty' took bronze in the Best Drama Series for the Asia-Pacific and international markets category.
'Spring Fever,' produced by CJ ENM Studios, won bronze in the Viewers' Choice: Best Romantic Moment category.
A CJ ENM official said, "This award confirms the company's accumulated content production capabilities and the potential of its diverse intellectual properties (IP)." The official added, "We will continue to pursue new attempts that cross the boundaries of genre and format, and create content that audiences around the world can relate to and enjoy."
Last year, CJ ENM won gold in the Best Drama Series for the Asia-Pacific and international markets category with 'Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born,' and silver in the Best Original Reality Program category for Asian production with 'I-Land 2: N/a.'
Meanwhile, the ContentAsia Awards, launched in 2020, marked its seventh edition this year. The awards honor content from Asian broadcasters, production companies, and online video services (OTT) across categories including drama, entertainment, reality, documentary, and acting. This year, more than 165 entries were nominated, with major broadcasters and media companies such as Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) and Warner Bros. Discovery taking part.
