[Financial News] Hyundai Department Store will run a resource circulation campaign that collects unused cables, chargers and other items for recycling.
According to Hyundai Department Store on the 28th, it will operate the customer participation eco-friendly campaign "365 Recycle - Finding Hidden Resources" at stores nationwide through the 3rd of next month.
The campaign will collect broken or no longer used cables, chargers and power strips. The collected items will be separated and recycled into metal and plastic resources.
Customers can donate up to three items per person, regardless of type. Participants will receive 2,000 H.Point points for each item.
Hyundai Department Store previously used filling material from winter padded jackets donated by customers to make padded vests, which were then delivered to vulnerable groups. It also carried out a project to recycle discarded plastic toys into book stands.
Hyundai Department Store plans to measure the resource circulation effects generated by this campaign and disclose the results to customers in the future.
