According to LH on the 27th, the units by floor area are 394 units of 59 square meters, 168 units of 74 square meters, and 230 units of 84 square meters. The 59-square-meter units account for nearly half of the total supply. The complex features a four-bay layout and additional storage space.
The average sale price is about 13 million won per 3.3 square meters. The 59-square-meter units are priced in the mid-350 million won range on average, the 74-square-meter units in the mid-430 million won range, and the 84-square-meter units in the mid-480 million won range. The price ceiling system will apply.
The complex is within 500 meters on foot of Deokjeong station, where GTX-C is scheduled to stop. LH expects that once GTX-C opens, residents will be able to reach major Seoul areas such as Cheongnyangni station and Samseong Station within 30 minutes. Bukyangju IC is about 1 kilometer from the site. The Sudogwon Second Ring Expressway, the Sejong–Pocheon Expressway, National Route 3, and the planned Seoul–Yangju Expressway are also accessible.
Commercial and educational facilities are already in place in the nearby Yangju Deokjeong and Okjeong districts. Urban infrastructure in the Hoecheon District is also being expanded in phases. Residents will also be able to use Cheongdamcheon, the nearby parks, Cheonbosan, Bulgoksan, and Dokbawi Park. The eastern side of the complex borders Deokjeong District, and a new elementary school and kindergarten are planned to the south.
The model home will be open in Byeollae-dong, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, from the 29th to Sept. 6. Visitors can view sample units of the 59A and 84A types.
Applications will be accepted in two stages: special supply from Sept. 14 to 15, and general supply from Sept. 16 to 17. Winners will be announced on Oct. 7. Electronic contracts will be signed on Dec. 10 and 11, while on-site contracts will take place on Dec. 14 and 15. Move-in is scheduled for October 2029.
