According to News 1 and others on the 27th, Fable Company said in a statement that it had filed complaints with investigators against A on the 21st and 24th over charges including forgery of private documents, attempted extortion, defamation under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and violations of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Stalking Crime.
The agency said, "We and the actor will faithfully cooperate with the investigation process going forward," adding, "We believe the investigation will clearly reveal the substantive truth of this case and the legal responsibility involved."
It also urged the public to "refrain from making hasty judgments about unverified claims or indiscriminately spreading and reproducing false information until the truth is revealed through the objective investigation and decision of the authorities."
Earlier, Hong Min-gi and A had been locked in a dispute over allegations of dating violence.
On the 19th, A posted a photo on her social networking service showing a certified letter sent to Hong Min-gi and Fable Company, claiming that she had suffered dating violence, verbal abuse, and pressure to have an abortion during their relationship. She later deleted all of the posts and said she would seek legal punishment.
In response, the agency acknowledged that the two had dated, but strongly denied A's claims.
The agency said, "The actor never checked a pregnancy test or pressured her to have an abortion," adding, "We plan to verify the ultrasound photo A presented through obstetric and gynecological medical staff, and we have secured and preserved all related materials, including messages in which she suggested going cycling even on the day she claims the abortion procedure took place."
It also warned that "even after the breakup, A used the actor's status to threaten him and continued stalking behavior," and said it would take legal action over stalking and defamation.

The agency also commented on the recent stalking incident.
Earlier, around 2 a.m. on the 23rd, A returned to Hong Min-gi's home in Yongsan District, Seoul, rang the bell, and cried loudly and shouted profanity. On the 25th, B, who identified himself as A's older brother, posted on social networking service, saying, "My sister is not in good condition, so I am writing this on her behalf." He added, "As of the 25th, she has regained consciousness and her physical condition has improved enough for communication, but she still needs treatment and rest because of the mental shock."
In response, the agency said, "Police were dispatched that day, and the police requested joint response from 119 emergency number, so A was eventually taken away by ambulance," adding, "Under the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Stalking Crime, police also issued a no-contact order against A that day, banning her from coming within 100 meters and from using telecommunications to make contact."
