[Financial News] Com2uS's new MMOLite, "Zeus," got off to a solid start by ranking No. 1 in sales on both the Google Play Store and the App Store just 18 hours after release.
Com2uS said that "Zeus," developed by Averton and published by the company, ranked No. 1 in sales on the domestic Google Play Store as of 6 a.m. on the 27th. That was 18 hours after the official service launch at noon the previous day.
On its launch day, Zeus first took the top sales spot on the App Store and then climbed to No. 1 on the Google Play Store as well, becoming the best-selling title on both major domestic app markets.
'Zeus' drew strong attention even before its service launch. After pre-downloads began, it ranked No. 1 in popularity on both the Google Play Store and the App Store, and all scheduled rounds of its character-name reservation event sold out early.
'Zeus' is an MMOLite set in a world where cracks have formed because of Zeus's arrogance in Greek mythology. It follows players as they receive fragments of divine power, confront chaos, and grow into the strongest "vessel of the gods."
The game uses graphics based on Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) and supports both PC and mobile. It offers eight classes with different roles, large-scale battles, and competitive and progression content. It also includes an AI mode to help players continue developing their characters.
