President Lee to Meet 187 Mayors, County Chiefs and District Heads to Discuss Balanced Growth

[Financial News] President Lee Jae-myung will host a luncheon meeting at Cheong Wa Dae on the 27th with mayors, county chiefs and district heads elected in the 9th local elections.
At the meeting, Lee will discuss ways to expand communication and cooperation between the central and local governments, as well as measures to promote balanced growth led by local authorities.
The event will be attended by central government officials, including Prime Minister Han Seong-sook, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Economy Koo Yun-cheol, and Minister of the Interior and Safety Yun Ho-jung, along with 187 heads of basic local governments nationwide. At Cheong Wa Dae, Chief of Staff to the President Kang Hoon-sik and Senior Presidential Secretary for Political Affairs Hong Ik-pyo will also attend.
