[Financial News] The National Credit Union Federation of Korea will hire new employees in the second half of 2026.
According to the federation on the 27th, applications for second-half new hires will be accepted from that day until 6 p.m. on the 14th.
This recruitment will be jointly carried out by member cooperatives in seven regions nationwide: Seoul, Daejeon–South Chungcheong region, Gwangju–South Jeolla region, North Chungcheong Province, North Jeolla Province, Gangwon State, and Jeju Province. The move is aimed at securing talent for local credit unions and promoting a fair hiring culture.
Based on the hiring needs of each member cooperative, the federation plans to select local talent.
The joint hiring program allows the federation to handle recruitment notices and support document screening and written tests after receiving applications from member cooperatives that need to hire. It is designed to reduce the hiring burden on individual cooperatives while improving fairness and transparency through standardized procedures and securing outstanding local talent.
Applicants will go through document screening and written tests before taking interviews at each member cooperative. Preference will be given to candidates from the area where the recruiting cooperative is located, and there are no restrictions based on age, education, or major.
