LOTTE Engineering & Construction to Sell 'Gyeonggi Gwangju Station Lotte Castle Signature Phase 2' in September

[Financial News] LOTTE Engineering & Construction will launch sales in September for 'Gyeonggi Gwangju Station Lotte Castle Signature Phase 2' in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, completing a Lotte Castle town of more than 2,300 homes.
The second phase, following the first phase that sold out successfully, is located in the area of San 54-29, Ssangnyeong-dong, Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province. It will consist of 10 buildings ranging from 10 basement levels to 26 stories above ground, with a total of 1,249 units and exclusive areas from 59 to 246 square meters. By unit type, the complex will include 265 units of 59 square meters, 843 units of 84 square meters, 127 units of 114 square meters, four 159-square-meter penthouses, and 10 duplex units of 109 to 246 square meters. The lineup ranges from smaller homes favored by end users to large penthouses.
The second phase has maximized its appeal by introducing specialized residential services designed to add quality to residents' daily lives. First, it will operate a resident-only shuttle bus for safe and convenient access to Gyeonggi Gwangju Station, while also offering branded lunch and dinner food and beverage services for busy schedules. For leisure and learning, it will feature Gwangju's first indoor golf facility and a premium managed reading room. In addition, residents will receive special-member-rate benefits for Lotte Hotel Ulsan, which is scheduled to open next year, for five years from the opening date, allowing them to enjoy a richer leisure lifestyle before and after moving in.
The location is also highly attractive. The complex is set amid Ssangnyeong Park, a forested area of about 510,000 square meters created through a private park development project. With architect Richard Meier taking part in the design, residents will be able to enjoy high-quality eco-friendly green spaces in daily life, including a four-season forest, a glass greenhouse and a forest performance venue.
In terms of transportation, Gyeonggi Gwangju Station on the Gyeonggang Line can be reached conveniently by shuttle bus. Pangyo Station is four stops away, and Gangnam Station is eight stops away. In addition, the planned Suseo-Gwangju Line, scheduled to open in 2031, along with the push for the GTX-D route and the Wirye-Samdong Line, is expected to further improve access to Gangnam and southeastern Gyeonggi Province.
The surrounding area is also expected to emerge as a new residential hub in southeastern Gyeonggi Province, as large-scale development projects such as the Gyeonggi Gwangju Station area mixed-use development and the designation of new public housing districts move forward. Nearby amenities include Gwangju's G-Stadium, Gyeongancheon Riverside Park, E-Mart and Nonghyup Hanaro Mart.

The model home is scheduled to be set up in the area of 494 Tanbeol-dong, Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province.
