LH announced on the 26th that it will begin recruiting residents for 463 homes in Block A-2 of the Uijeongbu Ujeong Public Housing District.
Applications for pre-subscription winners will be accepted first, from Sept. 7 to 8. Special supply applications will run from Sept. 14 to 15, and general supply applications from Sept. 16 to 17. Winners will be announced in October, and contracts will be signed in December.
Uijeongbu Ujeong Block A-2 held a pre-subscription sale in October 2021. All 463 homes will be offered in a single 59-square-meter layout, a size favored by end users. There are two unit types: 59A and 59B.
Of the units on offer, 185 will be available through special and general supply, excluding 278 homes reserved for pre-subscription winners.
The average sale price is about 403 million won for the 59-square-meter units. Resale will be restricted for three years, but there is no requirement to live in the units.
The complex is expected to benefit from improved access to Seoul as the metropolitan transport network expands. Nogyang Station on Seoul Subway Line 1 is about 1 kilometer away, and the nearby Uijeongbu Station is scheduled to be served by the GTX-C line. Once the line opens, travel to Samseong Station is expected to take about 20 minutes.
The Capital Region First Ring Expressway and National Route 39 provide access to nearby cities including Uijeongbu, Yangju, Goyang and Namyangju.
Burulgae Elementary School and Nogyang Middle School are right next to the complex, allowing children to walk to school. Hongboksan and Cheonbosan Mountain are also nearby, offering a green environment. Uijeongbu Sports Complex and the existing residential amenities in the Nogyang housing district are also close by.
The model home will be set up in Byeollae-dong, Namyangju-si. Pre-subscription winners may visit first on Aug. 29 to 30, while general visitors can tour the site from Aug. 31 to Sept. 13. A cyber model home will also be available.
Move-in is scheduled for May 2029.
