INSPIRE Entertainment Resort on Yeongjongdo Island, Incheon, said on the 26th that it will launch a gourmet promotion called 'ManSikManBok' this fall, featuring seasonal ingredients.
First, the contemporary Japanese restaurant MINAGI will begin offering teppanyaki and dinner courses featuring matsutake, Korean beef, abalone, and lobster starting in September. The Chinese restaurant Hongban will introduce dishes using matsutake from October, including fried matsutake, nourishing sea cucumber and chicken soup, and stir-fried sliced Korean beef.
Garden Farm Cafe will also prepare menu items made with mushrooms, root vegetables, chestnuts, and pumpkin, while the buffet restaurant Chef's Kitchen will present seasonal dishes such as autumn pine nut noodles, seasonal mushroom dishes, and rice cooked in a pot. During the Chuseok holiday, it will also add festive foods such as songpyeon, japchae, and taro soup.
In addition, Michael Jordan Steak House will run a live dessert service for the fall season, featuring the 'Silkberry Milk Roll' completed directly at customers' tables.
INSPIRE will also hold its first 'Wine & Beer Festival' in an outdoor space on Oct. 9-10. The venue will include booths where visitors can enjoy wine and beer, as well as a kids' zone. Early-bird tickets will be sold from Sept. 1-19 at more than 30% off the regular price.
An INSPIRE official said, "We have prepared fall dining experiences that reflect each restaurant's unique concept and culinary philosophy," adding, "Visitors will be able to enjoy the abundance of the season with seasonal ingredients."
