According to the financial industry on the 26th, NH NongHyup Financial Group held the '3rd Financial Consumer Protection Council Meeting of 2026' on the 25th and shared key achievements in financial consumer protection for the first half of the year and plans for the second half. During this meeting, the group reviewed key achievements in financial consumer protection for the first half of the year and shared the results of consumer protection monitoring, including institutional improvements for financially vulnerable groups and activities to prevent financial fraud.

NH NongHyup Capital introduced a case study on voice phishing prevention education conducted in conjunction with the 'Youth Together Financial Classroom.

NongHyup Financial Group has been regularly holding the Group Financial Consumer Protection Council to share the financial authorities' consumer protection policy directions and key issues, discuss joint response measures among affiliates, and promote the dissemination of best practices.
These efforts were highlighted as an exemplary case of "strengthening communication regarding consumer protection policies and key issues through the holding of the Group Financial Consumer Protection Council" during the Financial Supervisory Service's "Inspection of Implementation Status of Best Practices in Financial Consumer Protection Governance" in the first half of this year.
