HanmiGlobal ranks 6th among the world's PM firms in ENR survey, the highest ever for a Korean company

[Financial News] HanmiGlobal, a global construction management (PM) specialist, said on the 26th that it ranked 6th in the world in a global survey released by Engineering News-Record (ENR), a leading U.S. construction magazine.
HanmiGlobal was selected 6th in the global CM and PM category, excluding U.S. companies, in the 2026 ENR Top International Survey. This is the highest ranking ever achieved by a Korean company in ENR's annual overall ranking of major construction, design, CM and PM firms worldwide.
Based on 2025 results, HanmiGlobal posted total CM and PM sales of $255.8 million in South Korea and overseas, or about 354.7 billion won, placing 6th overall. Its overseas sales reached $139.4 million, or about 193.3 billion won, ranking 9th.
HanmiGlobal, which introduced the PM system for the first time in Korea in 1996, has consistently remained in the global top 10, entering the top 10 in 2019 and ranking 8th in 2022. In its 30th anniversary year, the company secured its best-ever 6th-place finish, once again earning international recognition for its top-tier construction management capabilities.
HanmiGlobal has carried out more than 3,300 projects in 66 countries worldwide and continues to demonstrate its strength in advanced construction markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom and the Middle East. Last year, it won contracts for a high-rise residence in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, an urban regeneration project in Riyadh and a housing welfare project in Kuwait. It also secured a PM contract for infrastructure improvements at a nuclear power plant in Cernavodă, Romania, laying the groundwork for its entry into the overseas nuclear power market.
This year, its U.S. subsidiary OTAK won a $400 million infrastructure improvement project from the National Park Service (NPS) under the U.S. Department of the Interior, proving its competitiveness in the public sector. The company is also accelerating new business development by hosting a Small Modular Reactor (SMR) seminar in Washington, D.C.
A HanmiGlobal official said, "It is especially meaningful to achieve our highest-ever ranking in a credible global benchmark in our 30th anniversary year," and added, "We will further accelerate our push into global markets and aim to enter the 'global top 5.'"
