Mom's Touch Supports Geoje Flood Recovery Site with 920 Thigh Burger Meals

[Financial News] Mom's Touch announced on the 26th that it will provide 920 Thigh Burger sets to flood victims in Geoje, South Gyeongsang Province, and volunteers working at recovery sites, joining hands with seven franchise stores in the Geoje area.
The support was arranged to comfort residents of Geoje, which was designated a special disaster zone after record-breaking rain during the Liberation Day holiday, and to help volunteers working to restore damaged sites.
On the 25th, Mom's Touch visited Geoje Jangpyeong Elementary School and the Yeoncho-myeon Office in Geoje to deliver 230 servings of Thigh Burger meals and drinks to volunteers involved in recovery work.
From the 26th, it plans to deliver an additional 700 meals over three days to flood victims staying in temporary shelters and to volunteers at the site.
Mom's Touch has continued its shared donation efforts with franchisees whenever the country faces a major disaster. In March last year, it delivered 800 meals to the Yeongdeok and Uiseong fire stations, which were deployed to extinguish wildfires in North Gyeongsang Province. In August of the same year, it also provided 1,000 meals to flood recovery sites in Sancheong-gun, South Gyeongsang Province, another area designated as a special disaster zone after heavy rain.
A Mom's Touch official added, "We will continue using our network of about 1,490 stores to share the hardships of local communities and neighbors in need."
