[Financial News] Kia Corporation announced on the 26th that Kim Hyeong-su, a senior auto consultant at its Seoul Southern Songpa branch, has reached 4,000 cumulative sales and been named a Grand Master.
The Grand Master title is awarded to auto consultants at Kia Corporation who achieve 4,000 cumulative sales. Kim, who joined the company in 1993, sold an average of 121 vehicles a year over 33 years and was named the 40th Grand Master. Kia Corporation presented him with a plaque and a reward vehicle.
Kim Hyeong-su said, "I think the steady effort and sincerity that led me to run around and meet customers every day from my first day at the company became the driving force behind this good result." He added, "I will continue to stay true to my original mindset and approach each customer with sincerity."
Kia Corporation operates various award programs, including the Sales Honor Award system and the Kia Star Awards, to boost the pride of auto consultants who do their best in sales and to encourage healthy competition. Under the Sales Honor Award system, the title of Star is given for 2,000 cumulative sales, Master for 3,000, Grand Master for 4,000, and Great Master for 5,000.
