The author, identified as A, claimed, "On the 23rd, Korean Air's flight from Incheon International Airport to Guam was delayed by about an hour," adding that it was "because of Park Soo-hong's family."
He explained the situation at the time, saying, "When Park Soo-hong's child's crying would not stop, they said they would get off the plane, and the airline began removing the checked baggage from the aircraft as part of the off-boarding procedure. But once the child stopped crying, Park Soo-hong's family changed their position and said they would board again. Korean Air allowed them to reboard and proceeded with loading the baggage."
To support the claim, A also released a photo showing an airline employee handling luggage and Park Soo-hong listening to the explanation while holding his daughter in a baby carrier.
When a passenger gives up boarding, security and baggage procedures are carried out to reidentify the checked luggage. Korean Air also appears to have begun the process of locating Park Soo-hong's family's baggage and removing it from the aircraft.
