The police are focusing their investigation on the circumstances of the case, giving weight to the possibility that the suspect made a so-called "fake report" to conceal the crime and confuse the investigation. According to the Gyeongsan Police Station in North Gyeongsang Province on the 26th, the police arrested and are investigating a man in his 30s from the same hometown, identified as Mr. Jeong, on suspicion of murdering A (25), a Chinese international student.
