LH Supports Recovery from Heavy Rain Damage in Geoje... Around 70 Employees Volunteer

On the 25th, employees of Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) were carrying out volunteer work to help recover from flood damage in Geoje-myeon, Geoje, South Gyeongsang Province. Provided by LH.
[Financial News] Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) carried out volunteer recovery work in Geoje-myeon, Geoje, South Gyeongsang Province, which was hit by flooding after heavy rain.
According to LH on the 25th, more than 70 people took part in the recovery effort, including employees from LH headquarters, the labor union, the South Gyeongsang regional headquarters, and its subsidiary LH E&S.
Volunteers helped restore flooded homes and shops and cleaned up the affected area. In addition to providing relief supplies, they expanded their support to on-site cleanup, focusing on helping residents return to normal life as quickly as possible.
Immediately after the flooding, LH provided 50 sets each of relief tents and floor mattresses on the 17th for use as temporary shelter for displaced residents. On the 20th, 20 employees from LH's South Gyeongsang regional headquarters visited Dundeok-myeon, Geoje-si, to provide emergency on-site support for flood recovery.
Kim Jae-kyung, head of LH's Management Division, said, "We extend our sympathy to those affected by the sudden heavy rain," and added, "We hope this can help, even a little, in overcoming the crisis and returning to daily life."
