POSCO E&C to Launch Sales of ‘The Sharp Bundang Heist,’ a Remodeling Project at Neuti Village Complex 4, in September

[Financial News] The Sharp Bundang Heist, a large-scale remodeling complex being built by POSCO E&C in a prime location in Seongnam-si’s Bundang New Town, will enter the housing market in September. As new housing supply is scarce in Bundang, the complex is expected to attract attention with its excellent location and specialized design.
According to POSCO E&C on the 25th, The Sharp Bundang Heist, being developed by the Neuti Village Complex 4 Remodeling Housing Association, will be built around 90 Jeongja-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si. The complex will comprise four basement levels, up to 26 above-ground floors, 16 buildings and 1,149 households. Of these, 143 units with exclusive floor areas ranging from 66 to 84 square meters will be offered for general sale: 52 units of 66 square meters, 19 units of 74 square meters and 72 units of 84 square meters.
The complex is located in the dual-station area around Jeongja Station, with access to both the Shinbundang Line and the Suin–Bundang Line. The Shinbundang Line takes residents one stop to Pangyo Station and to Gangnam Station in about 15 minutes. Major arterial roads, including the Gyeongbu Expressway and the Bundang–Suseo Urban Expressway, are also easily accessible.
Singi Elementary School, Jeongja Middle School and Hansol High School are all within walking distance, while Jeongja-dong’s private-education district is nearby. Major shopping facilities, including Emart, AK PLAZA and Hyundai Department Store Pangyo Branch, are close by, as are Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, the Tancheon walking trail and Neunggol Park.
The area also has development potential. Around Jeongja-dong Lot 1 near the complex, the Baekhyeon MICE Urban Development Project is under way. The project, worth approximately 6 trillion won, will create exhibition and convention facilities, accommodations and mixed-use business facilities. An Advanced Biohealth Cluster is also planned around Jeongja-dong Lot 253, which is expected to strengthen the area’s self-sufficiency and create additional demand.
To address the shortage of parking space in existing Bundang apartments, The Sharp Bundang Heist will expand its underground parking facility to four levels, securing approximately 1.66 parking spaces per household. The exterior will feature a curtain-wall look, while community facilities such as a sky lounge, guesthouse and indoor golf practice facility are planned for the complex.
A POSCO E&C official said, "We will integrate the core construction expertise accumulated through the largest remodeling track record in Korea with digital technologies to complete the complex as a landmark representing Bundang."
