NH NongHyup Financial Group Shares Rice with Senior Care Facilities

[Financial News] NH NongHyup Financial Group donated Korean rice and food items to a senior care facility and volunteered to serve lunch.
On the 25th, NH NongHyup Financial Group said that Hwang Jong-yeon, vice president of the strategic planning division, and a volunteer team of employees carried out the "Sharing Our Rice with Love" campaign on the 24th at Shindang Day Care Center in Jung District, Seoul.
Hwang and the volunteers donated Korean rice, red ginseng snacks and beverages to the senior care facility that day, and served lunch to the seniors who use the center. They also replaced an aging freezer in the cafeteria with a new one to help provide safe meals for the elderly.
In line with the Nongsim Cheonsim Campaign, NH NongHyup Financial Group continues its win-win management efforts by helping with farm labor in rural areas and donating agricultural products and processed foods produced by farmers to underprivileged groups in the local community.
Hwang Jong-yeon said, "We prepared this event to support the health of seniors who may have especially struggled in this summer's extreme heat and to help operate care facilities in the district," adding, "We will continue to take the lead in working together with our neighbors in the community."
