Korea Housing Builders Association Donates 30 Million Won to Support Flood Recovery in Geoje and Tongyeong

[Financial News] The Korea Housing Builders Association has donated 30 million won to Geoje and Tongyeong, which were hit by torrential rains.
The association said on the 25th that it delivered the relief funds on July 24 at Geoje City Hall to support the swift recovery from flood damage in Geoje and Tongyeong and help stabilize housing for displaced residents.
The donation was jointly raised by the association's central office and 13 provincial and regional chapters across the country.
Chairman Kim Seong-eun said, "We hope this donation will make a meaningful contribution to helping residents of Geoje and Tongyeong, who suffered greatly from the heavy rain, return to their daily lives quickly and secure safe homes." He added, "We will continue to share the burden with local communities facing hardship from disasters and accidents, and fulfill our social responsibility as a leading organization in the housing construction sector."
