Courtesy of KODIT [Financial News] KODIT announced on the 25th that it had signed a business agreement with Suhyup Bank to promote non-face-to-face and digital finance. The agreement was designed to expand the use of non-face-to-face platforms and improve financing access for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Under the pact, the two institutions plan to work together to provide digital innovation finance services, including joint development of non-face-to-face financial products, sharing corporate data, and building networks. In particular, they plan to offer digital guarantee services through the Bank-linked Easy-One Guarantee, which is scheduled to launch in the first half of next year.
The product will allow users to handle everything from guarantee consultations to loan execution in one stop on the bank's non-face-to-face platform. It is expected to lower financing barriers and improve convenience for small and medium-sized fisheries and maritime companies that face significant geographic and time constraints.
Chae Byung-ho, executive director of KODIT, said, "This agreement will help meet the diverse financial needs of local industries, including fisheries and maritime sectors, and improve access to finance for small and medium-sized enterprises.
" He added, "We will continue to work with financial institutions to eliminate blind spots in finance and lead the practice of inclusive finance.
