GS Engineering & Construction Wins at U.S. IDEA 2026 Design Awards

[Financial News] GS Engineering & Construction won both a Bronze Award and a main prize at the U.S. IDEA 2026 Design Awards. The award is considered one of the world's top three design awards.
According to GS Engineering & Construction on the 24th, six of its works received awards. 
The lighting design "Ignis" and the ceiling light "Todd," which combines lighting and a speaker, won Bronze Awards in the Furniture + Lighting category. Xi apartment brand's brand identity system (BIS) won in the Brands & Communication Design category, while three lighting systems, including the "Hidden Lighting System," were selected as main prize winners in the Lighting category.
Ignis, which won a Bronze Award, had previously also received a main prize at the Red Dot Design Award. BIS, which won a main prize in the Brands & Communication Design category, was praised for turning Xi apartment brand's brand philosophy into an execution system that applies the same standards not only internally but also to external partner companies.
GS Engineering & Construction won main prizes in four categories at Germany's iF Design Award 2026 in February this year, and also received recognition at the Red Dot Design Award 2026 in April. It has now been honored at one of the world's top three design awards for two consecutive years. A GS Engineering & Construction official said, "The result shows that Xi apartment brand has global-level design competitiveness, not only in individual product design but also in residential spaces and integrated brand identity systems."
