[Financial News] The Korea Housing Association will hold a lecture session to discuss builders' strategies for responding to a housing market weakened by lending and tax regulations, as well as regional polarization.
On the 24th, the Korea Housing Association said it will host the lecture on Sept. 3 at 2 p.m. in the main conference room on the third floor of Construction Hall in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul, under the theme "Real Estate Outlook and Trend Analysis, Builders' Future Strategies."
The event will examine market risks using macro big data and financial indicators, while exploring the direction of the housing business.
The housing market has recently seen sluggish home sales as lending and tax regulations tighten, while regional market gaps continue to widen. Policy conditions are also shifting, with the government emphasizing private-sector revitalization through the Aug. 13 housing fast-supply plan.
In the first session, Gojongwan, head of the Korea Asset Management Institute, will speak on "A Comprehensive Outlook for the Real Estate Market and Housing Business Strategies." Kim Hyosun, senior real estate specialist at KB Kookmin Bank, will then give a lecture on "Shifting the Direction of the Housing Industry Amid Rapidly Changing Real Estate Trends."
A Korea Housing Association official said, "This lecture was organized so that member companies can accurately read market trends based on data and reorganize their business strategies during a time of high market uncertainty," adding, "We hope many people who are thinking about the future of the housing business will take part."
