Since it was posted on Instagram in March, the video has drawn huge attention, with 25.8 million views, 1.48 million likes, and more than 12,000 comments.
After hearing the news, Nongshim reportedly made Banana Kick, Melon Kick, and Mango Kick especially for the baby and sent them as gifts.
Banana Kick, launched in 1978, is one of Nongshim's signature long-running products. The company later introduced the Kick series with Melon Kick in April last year and Mango Kick in May this year.
Through a short-form video, the baby's mother said, "The baby is 80 cm tall, but the snack is bigger," adding, "It's roomy enough for two children to fit inside."
The snack packaging featured the phrase "Banana Kick Baby." The baby smiled brightly at the snack package with its own face on it. The large bag contained about 20 full-size snacks. The product was specially made, and there are no plans to sell it, according to reports.
