[Financial News] Chef Kim Mi-ryeong, known as 'Imokase 1,' faced harsh criticism over the taste of her early dishes.

On the tvN variety show 'Street Restaurant Fighter,' which aired on the 26th, Imokase Kim Mi-ryeong's 'Gotgan' faced off against Jo Seo-hyung's 'Byeoreun Nae Gaseume' in a 10,000-won Korean food showdown.
In the first half, Chef Kim Mi-ryeong posted strong sales by serving fried boiled pork and pork skin as beer snacks. However, because the food had been fried in advance, customers criticized it, saying it was "too cold," "as if only the outside had been fried," and "the meat is tough."
As a result, 'Byeoreun Nae Gaseume' earned 4.5 points in the first-half rating, while the 'Gotgan' team was left with just 2.6 points and faced a crisis.
In the second half, however, Chef Kim Mi-ryeong turned things around by introducing a new dish, 'Jeju boneless silver croaker and fried bones,' which was prepared and served immediately after each order. As customer satisfaction rose, the team recorded a 4.5-point rating in the second half and erased the disappointment of the first half.
In the final tally, the 'Gotgan' team, which succeeded in boosting sales and avenging its second-half score, won by a narrow margin and secured a spot in the third round. The losing team led by Chef Jo Seo-hyung was eliminated and will now move toward closure.
