Could It Become a Symbol of the North Korea-Russia Blood Alliance? Memorial for North Korean Troops Deployed to Kursk Installed at Russian National Cemetery

[Financial News] A memorial honoring North Korean soldiers who fought in the Russo-Ukrainian war and helped Russia has been installed at a Russian national cemetery.
On the 27th, the Korean Central News Agency reported that a plaque unveiling ceremony was held on the 24th at the "Guardian of the Fatherland Cemetery," which is under the Russian Ministry of Defence in Moscow region. On the 25th, the TASS Russian News Agency also reported the same news, saying that a memorial had been installed on the outer wall of the memorial hall for participants in the "special military operation" at the "Guardian of the Fatherland Pantheon," Russia's national cemetery.
According to reports from both North Korea and Russia, the plaque is a bas-relief depicting Korean People's Army soldiers standing with rifles in front of the North Korean flag. The Korean Central News Agency said that the lower part bears a Russian-language inscription reading, "Russia will never forget the feats achieved by the fighters of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) in the Kursk region."
Officials from the Russian Ministry of Defence and Shin Hong-chol, North Korea's ambassador to Russia, attended the unveiling ceremony. According to TASS Russian News Agency, a Russian military official at the event explained that the memorial was intended to preserve the memory of the Korean People's Army soldiers' heroism and to pass on to future generations the ideals of combat camaraderie, mutual support, and loyalty to a shared duty.
