[Financial News] The Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership said on the 24th that it held a signing ceremony for the Ulsan Shared Growth Council at Ulsan Metropolitan City Hall with Ulsan Metropolitan City, Hyundai Motor Company, HD Hyundai Heavy Industries and others.
The council was established to help local governments and major companies work together on projects that address regional issues and boost the local economy.
At the ceremony, the participants agreed to pursue two initiatives aimed at revitalizing local commercial districts and strengthening the competitiveness of local small and medium-sized enterprises.
First, through the Ulsan Win-Win Market Project, they will build a win-win platform linking companies and traditional markets under the 'one company, one traditional market' model to spur spending in local commercial areas.
They also plan to support the growth and competitiveness of local SMEs through the Ulsan SME Value-Up Project.
Lee Dal-gon, chairman of the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership, said, "We will work closely with participating organizations to deliver results that local residents can feel and help spread the Ulsan-style win-win cooperation model nationwide."
