"Preserve communication records"... Apple sends 'warning letter' to OpenAI employees who moved over

[Financial News] Apple has sent a legal warning letter to employees who moved to OpenAI. The move came a little over a week after Apple filed a major lawsuit against OpenAI and two former Apple employees who had joined the company.
According to foreign media reports on the 18th, around 40 people received the letter. It reportedly instructed them to preserve work-related documents and communication records as they are, and also requested meetings with Apple’s legal team.
Earlier, Apple filed a lawsuit against OpenAI on the 10th local time. The complaint included allegations that an executive who had worked at Apple for 24 years stole internal confidential information and moved to OpenAI.
The dispute comes as OpenAI and former Apple chief design officer Jonathan Ive are developing their own artificial intelligence devices. OpenAI reportedly pushed back, saying, "We are not aware of any evidence that there is a valid basis for this lawsuit."
