[Financial News] NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang showed his deep love for K-pop by directly mentioning singer Hwasa's new song "So Cute."
The tvN variety show "You Quiz on the Block" released a preview clip on its official social network service (SNS) on the 7th, featuring part of an interview with Huang and broadcaster Yoo Jae-suk.
In the video, Yoo Jae-suk asked Huang whether he often listens to K-pop while working. Huang first mentioned "Golden" from "KPop Demon Hunters," then said, "I really love Hwasa's music."
As Yoo Jae-suk struggled to hide his surprise, Huang accurately named Hwasa's songs, saying, "'Good Goodbye' is great, and the new album's 'So Cute' is also great."
What was even more surprising was that "So Cute" had only recently been released.
With a stunned expression, Yoo Jae-suk asked, "You even know her new song?" He then burst into laughter, saying, "Hwasa's 'So Cute' is going to be a hit again. Wow, Hwasa must be so happy."
Huang's admiration for Hwasa did not stop there. He said, "Hwasa is very charming," adding that she has "great vocals and is also an excellent dancer." His comments showed that he is not just familiar with her name, but also interested in and fond of her music and stage performances.

In another teaser video, Yoo Jae-suk asked Huang, "Who is your closest friend?" and presented three choices: Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong, Hyundai Motor Group Chairman Chung Eui-sun, and SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won.
The teaser also showed Huang saying, "Easy (So east)."
Huang, who recently visited Korea, has been in the spotlight day after day. He arrived on the 5th, took part in the recording of "You Quiz on the Block" on the 6th, and served as the ceremonial first pitch thrower at a professional baseball game at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Seoul on the 7th.
Meanwhile, the episode of tvN's "You Quiz on the Block" featuring Huang is scheduled to air on the 10th at 8:45 p.m.
