\r\n[The Financial News] President Lee Jae Myung said on the 3rd that "housing prices in the Republic of Korea are already far too high," adding that "we must definitely escape the real estate speculation republic, make a major shift into a startup nation, and achieve development into a core country that cannot be replaced."
He made the remarks on X, formerly Twitter, after sharing statistical data on changes in real estate prices across Asian countries over the past year.
\r\nLee noted that "although the share of real estate in household assets has fallen significantly, it is still too high. It is one of the reasons the Republic of Korea's stock market remains undervalued."
\r\nHe added, "Participation in voting and choosing capable, loyal public servants is what creates a true democratic republic, the Republic of Korea, one that can be proud of itself before the world."
